Your normal toothpaste is just fine. We don't recommend the whitening varieties as they won't be able to reach the part of the each tooth where the brace is glued on (meaning you could have two-toned teeth once the braces are off!). The amount of whitening possible in supermarket-bought toothpaste is fairly minimal, however we recommend you steer clear of them during your braces treatment just in case.
